Hey Insomniac

If you find yourself doing things at the wrong time (again ugh). The best thing do now is sleep hey, but you couldn't sleep. Your mind keep jumping from one problem to another, one question come from your inner thought, and then you answer it, yet come another question, and following the answer until there's Mr.Sun come to greet in the morning. What happen next? while in work, you fall asleep, fatique and another NGESP (not getting enough sleep problem :)

I used to sleep like buried in the ground, only cold water splash can wake me up. Too much stress cause sleeping problem. Bad things happen in life and the mind doubled, may be tripled the effect by keep thinking about it. Why bother, it's not worth thinking of it in the wrong time. And why add another sh*t (s) while it's already sh*t that happen.
The mind is good only to those who knows how to control

I was in that situation and still sometime until now. My techniques is...... I do relaxation, take deep breath and tell my body to relax, from the top of the head, down to every single member of the face, then chest, the hands, my legs and i also tell all my toes to take a rest :p hahaha. Anyway it works. I tell them that i have to wake up in the morning, and after a while i find myself wake up fresh and ready to work. Don't smoke and i'll make sure that enough food are in transformation to become potential energy ( what kinda lang is this, dunno just love to write it :p ). Slow music can do a great effect, but counting sheep? i don't think so. Doing this sheep thing is killing me.
That's IMO, may be useful or useless.

Am i insomniac? who knows, once upon a time, hehehe, i was standing in a mall touching a car for 3 days, no sleep lose at the last minutes, sh*t man, i should've win that car. That's why i have biological time disorder.
